Booking & Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
To reserve your appointment, a valid card must be placed on file at the time of booking.
We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or no-shows within this window will be charged 100% of the service fee, which is non-refundable and cannot be applied to future appointments under any circumstances.
Clients who cancel or reschedule more than twice will be charged 50% of the service fee, also non-refundable and not applicable toward future bookings.
Please note: Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice is considered a cancellation and will be treated as such, with the full service fee applied.
Failure to pay any outstanding invoices will result in permanent removal from the booking system and discontinuation of services.
No Show Policy
No call, no showing an appointment will result in 100% of the service price to be paid.
Our policies are still enforced with sickness related cancellations.
Frequent cancellations over time may result in a suspension of services at our discretion.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to ensure timely service for clients scheduled after you or to accommodate our closing time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the service price.
Retention
Retention may vary from client to client due to factors such as individual lash growth cycles, environmental humidity, and the presence of oils or products on the natural lashes.
